Strategic needs analysis
Every mandate begins with a precise understanding of your business goals, culture, and challenges. Only then can we set up a targeted and impact-driven search.
Confidential direct search
We identify leadership personalities and approach them directly - discreetly, individually, and through trusted networks. You receive a qualified shortlist with realistic options.
Personal selection & interview management
We coordinate interviews and support both sides throughout the selection process – on request, even on site. Attitude, values, and leadership style are our main focus.
Assessment
For additional assurance, we offer a structured executive assessment in collaboration with our external partner, organizational psychologist Roger Huber. If required, this can be extended to include personality diagnostics.
Completion & integration
